I used the new RR Artisan Classic again. Great soap! The Red Tip and Platinum always do well together. Great smooth, close, nick free shave. I finished with Krampert’s Bay Rum, always a winner.

A day of firsts: first use of Aqua Velva (what was I waiting for?!), first use of a schick I2, and first time trying a straight. With the straight, I did 1 pass wtg on my right sideburn only, and quit while I was ahead. Stropping went well, and I had no trouble with the minimal shaving I did. Then I finished with the Schick injector. Very nice!
