Identifying a Puzzler

I've had this Frameback in my rotation for some time and always figured I'd identify it. Well, I haven't been able to do that.

The only identifying text are the letters "L.X." in the circle.

Anyone got an idea of what this baby is? It's a super shaver and the scales seem to be original.

No idea about the brand, love the look

LX 60 is Roman numerals, don't know if it relates to anything

I considered that. I also wondered if the "L.X." in the circle was some kind of trademark but my searching skills are limited and I didn't hit on anything.

Despite my best intentions I have made more acquisitions than I am comfortable keeping in my rotation. I keep trying to decide on a few to offer for sale and then I shave with them and remove them from sale consideration. This was one of those. Sigh.

I am weak.
