Thx, Bryan! Body is d610, but lens is not the pc-tilt shift, rather the 70-180 macro.
I use focus stacking to get greater depth of field. It's easy! You can do it on your existing gear.

Mike, I have a table top set-up in a spare, upstairs bed/bath that is great for this stuff.
Our master bath has a great window but it overlooks the shower and only indirect to the countertop, so I rarely shoot in the master bath nowadays.

Tuesday morning. Hot day in SoCal.

Bowl: Utilemud, red/lavender
Soap: Valobra almond
Razor: 1960 Fatboy, set to 5
Blade: Feather 1st shave
Cold rinse

Cold rinse
4711 cologne as a splash
Post-shave: Geo. F. Trumper Coral Skin Food

Fabulous shave, DFS++. Valobra lathered like a champ, using the Mario method. I might just throw in the towel and declare Feather the winner in the blade sweepstakes.

An early afternoon shave after I got back home from a session of physiotherapy this morning. The shave was decent but I need to give the Revisor a touch up.
