blackstone 36 griddle station

I have wanted a flat top for a while, I have narrowed it down to the Blackstone.
Anyone own one?

I don't own one, but I'd love to. After cooking on one at the eatery I worked at in college, nothin compares.

Well the Blackstone came today. I made some carne asada taco's for my first cook, I am going to have a lot of fun with this cooker

I use this marinade for 24 hours with some chopped onion and a handful fresh cilantro leaves. The meat I get is flap steak.

"Griddle has 36 L x 20 W x 1/4 T in. cold-rolled solid steel
cooking surface".
They also have a optional grill top that turns it into a gas bbq grill

Cooked up some hamburgers, starting to get a good seasoning on the griddle

That looks delicious.

I was thinking that this griddle is begging for some fried rice.
