Quality paper, locally?

Locally, I've found Red n' Black (or is that Black n' Red?) notebooks at Staples and Office Depot/Max stores.

I picked up a few Black n' Red 11 3/4" X 8 1/4" spiral and ruled notebooks at Office Max when they were having a sale & I had coupons.

I have found them reasonably FP friendly (F & Pilot M nibs) and use for daily journals.

I agree with others on local art, card and occasional book stores for Rhodia etc.

Locally, I've found Red n' Black (or is that Black n' Red?) notebooks at Staples and Office Depot/Max stores. The Staples Sustainable Earth notebooks are also surprisingly fountain-pen-friendly (thin paper and some show-through, but no feathering or bleed-through. The Norcom Composition Books from Walmart are decent and dirt-cheap, providing you get the ones made in Brazil.
The Brazilian Norcom composition books are on sale at Walmart for 50 cents a piece right now.

I love this paper. I get it at Hobby Lobby and use their on line 40 percent off coupon each time I buy a pad.

5 different hues. Loves my fountain pens.

5.99 minus the coupon makes 3.60 plus tax.

Regards.
