Certain that it means the specific head was cast in India.
Either that batch of heads were imported by Jagger, or, perhaps, I somehow switched heads at some point on that DE87 handle.

Does your head have any markings at all?

Quite different from the early days when all the Gillette razors were engraved with country of origin, patent # and even serial #!
