Yeah, I think Maker's Mark is the only major US whisk(e)y producer (bourbon in particular) to spell it "whisky".

Mmmmm... Whiskey or whisky, I used to drink quite a bit o' Red Wax.

I think both Jack Daniels and George Dickel also spell it "whisky".
