That is a pretty standard 'fashion' style portrait.
If you want to see how it was done, the first thing you do is look at the reflection of the lights in the eyes. Luckily, we can see the whole setup in Bono's sunglasses.

It is easy to get if you have a strobe, an umbrella (or softbox) and a camera on manual mode. Here is a tutorial on how to make it happen:

Although not as obvious, you can see the same thing happening in the other portraits. Just check out the reflections in the eyes.
