All right, who is everyones favorite Bond? Growing up in the 70's, I felt Moore was the man and Connery was probably "old fashioned". What did I know? Now that I've grown in alot of ways, Sean Connery is the definitive 007.

Sean Connery of course.

Poor George Lazenby... he always get thrown in the "other" category. Actually, I've always liked them all except for Dalton. I may rethink that tho, after having read some of the original Bond novels, I have to revist all the bonds. Actually, the new guy, Daniel Craig, is very much like the Bond of the books. I always kind of liked George Lazenby too, it's a shame he only got to do one Bond film. On Her Majesty's Secret Service is actually one of the better Bond movies, for my money. But really, picking a favorite Bond is like picking a favorite swimsuit model-- you can't go wrong!![]()
I voted for Connery (of course), but I do think Daniel Craig did a pretty outstanding job in Casino Royale.
Sean Connery, hands down..
Roger Moore-the Saint!
Pierce Brosnan-Remington Steele;
Timothy Dalton-yeeeeeeech!
Sean Connery, then Daniel Craig.

"Noble Knight of the Veg Table"
Timothy Dalton in Hot Fuzz has pretty much ruined any of his Bond movies for me, now.

I grew up in the Roger Moore era but find that the Sean Connery films are more to my liking. Daniel Craig is quite possibly the Bond that is truest to character however.

Connery....but Craig has the potential to latch the No. 1 spot if he continues to perform as he did in Casino Royale.....

No matter where you go, there you are :punk:
Connery, with "From Russia with Love" being my all time favorite Bond flick.
Connery is the original so I picked him. But I liked Daniel Craig in the new Bond movies.
-David, but everybody calls me Dave
I love it, that new guy isn't even on the list!
Connery is the ONLY James Bond.

Connery. Thunderball and Dr. No are just Friggin' awesome. Craig is an EASY #2. Moore was too old in The Man With The Golden Gun and Dalton, although a great actor, has the charisma of a doorknob. Although he was pretty damn good as Prince Baron in Flash Gordon.
I believe David Niven also played Bond. In heaven at that same time, they were referring to Ian Flemming as "Ian the Lathe".

I can't believe Daniel Craig isn't on that list. There's no doubt Sean Connery deserves top props, but Daniel Craig brought back what was a dismal failure of a franchise since Goldeneye.
Of course, that's just my opinion.
1.Connery
2.Craig
3.Lazenby
Best wishes, Steve
I also like Connery (and From Russia With Love is one of my favourites too) but I agree with the comments that Craig could take it if he keeps it up. The last film was very good and I found at the end I wanted it to keep going to see what happened next. I felt like it was just getting started! Certainly a step up from the dreadful "Die another Day" with the invisible Aston Martin!
We should have a poll to confuse the yanks next and ask who everyones favourite Dr Who is

It hasht to be Shhean Connery, he'sh the only real Jamesh Bond.

Without a doubt Sean Connery. Though I also really liked Pierce Brosnan. I don't think he ever really got the recognition he deserved. Dalton was ok, and I'm not too great a fan of the new one at all. He just seems a bit...ordinary and common really. He's not the sort of character I always imagined Bond to be. Furthermore, his bond car was rubbish. No real gadgets, and it just ends up smashed up without any real show. Lazenby is ok actually, I quite liked his movie. Moore was also alright, but I must say, the movies he starred in were bordering on the ridiculous, especially the one with the space station, what the hell was that about??
