Gem 1912 Damaskeene angle

For you super users, what is the best shaving angle for the Damaskeene?

Almost anything. In my experience the Damaskeene is very forgiving, and it is gentle.

I shave with the cap just off of my face.

SE razors 7-10º

DE razors 30º

I find it's pretty easy to find the correct angle with any SE. The best part is you can really hear the hairs pop when they're cut so you know you've got it.

+1 you will still hear the blade sing and in a few shaves you will get the hang of it. The issue I have it still trying to deal with the first 1-3 shaves on a new blade. They are almost too sharp
