Interesting Laguiole mouche variation

One of my Laguiole knives (I have two) has an interesting "mouche" variation. It is a Laguiole Rossignol with an undecorated spring and fly. The spring and fly are one piece, and highly polished, so this clearly was the finished product.

Anyone with a similar undecorated fly and spring on their Laguiole knife? The knife itself is from the 1980's and has the Thérias umbrella and the nightingale (Rossignol) on the blade. It is definitely French, and produced by Thérias & l'Econome (Thiers).
