To any of you who live in or near or visit Atlanta, if you haven't yet checked out Leon's Full Service in Decatur, I highly recommend you do! The food there is great, but their mixologists are highly deserving of the name... leagues beyond just mere "bartenders" 
Some of their seasonal cocktail descriptions almost read like chemistry experiments... But they make a fine classic cocktail, too. They were featured in the Atlanta Manhattan Smackdown and fared quite well.
Anyway, on to the Birdwatcher... High West Campfire whiskey, dry curacao, sunflower orgeat, lemon, smoked paprika, sea salt, and Angostura and orange bitters. Quite the unique (and delicious!) drink. Between the whiskey and the paprika, it definitely had a great smokey taste... very much like drinking a scotch-based cocktail. Anyway, check 'em out sometime! It's definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the city...
