i also had a issue with them it was resolved in the end but it was the whole experience i was a bit taken back by. i would probably use them again if need be but ehh. there are far better retailers imo. and no price is not always the best factor

Good for you, worked out well, just not immediately.
No company can afford less than 100% customer satisfaction these days, because there's a dozen other vendors on the internet waiting to take your business, and all it takes is a couple of mouse clicks to find them...
