Dry Skin Aftershave

Gents,

I have the same problem and I add glycerin to my shaving lather, I dont know if that will work for you, but it does for me. I also use the Proraso White AS Balm.

I used this for the first time yesterday,.

I shaved [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Proraso green shaving cream, Feather blade, and EJ DE89lbl. Normal shave no nicks or cuts. I also decided to not use my alum bar in fear it would dry my skin out a little. Then used some witch hazel and before the witch hazel dried I put some of the shea moisturizer in my palm and rub it son my face. Instantly, it began to sting, much more than any of my alcohol based AS. I was not expecting this, is this most likely due to the fragrance in the AS? Any ways, it is very moisturizing....... after the burn.[/FONT]
