Saw this on some blurbs on a couple of gadget sites and thought I would give it a try. Pretty cool app, has everything from recomendations (even by price point) to a virtual encyclopedia of whiskies. Best of all, it's free!

Sounds awesome. Does it require wifi/wireless network, or does it download directly to your device? Either way, i'll be adding this when I get home.

The permissions on Google Play say it needs full network access ByMyBeard so I'm guessing it's not a direct download.
Yep it needs network access and it's less an app more a web app.

Thanks Peb. I still got the app on my iPod. Seems pretty cool, and since I'm a noob at this, it should help a lot.
