    Default Wedding Day Shave

So tomorrow I'm getting married. I was thinking Trumper's Limes, Trumper's Lime Skin Food, and C&E West Indian Limes.

    BUT

I also was thinking of C&E Sandalwood and QED B&B Cologne. But I don't have any sandalwood AS or Balm!!!! Trumper's Rose or Nivea maybe?

    hmmm decisions decisions

Thanks fellas! She pretty much always likes the way I smell :) Leaning toward Sandalwood and B&B at this moment.

I thought it was tradition to get a shave from someone else on your wedding day?

I hear from some that this is the tradition as well. I have a friend who got married about two years back and, due to his nervous, shaky hands, he cut himself in three or four places. And, to make matters worse, he was using an M3! Now, to no surprise, he recommends to every future groom that they let someone else shave them on the big day.

As for the wedding pictures, all I can say is thank God for photoshop

I've found unless you get a great barber you're better off shaving yourself. No one knows your face like you and I don't think anyone can give me a better shave than me. Plus you can really take your time and use whatever you want for soaps, creams, razors, blades, brush, after shave, etc. I enjoy someone else giving me a shave but not as much as me doing it myself.

+1, Sandalwood is excellent around this time of the year. Plus it'll give you a way out on purchasing any sandalwood product in the future since it'll remind her of of the wedding day!

Congrats! I suppose you are now happily married!

Although no longer relevant, I would go for sandalwood. I shaved myself on my wedding day with TOBS St. James. I wasn't nervous, but it was still nice to take a few minutes on a hectic day to do something relaxing and enjoyable.

    Excellent thought process there!
Oh, and BTW, a long and happy life together whatever shave you chose.
    Best regards,

Congratulations on the marriage. I'm tying the knot myself in about 3 weeks. I think I'm going with T&H 1805 all the way around.

I am getting married this August. I know I'll be using a Progress and ISP blade, the rest I haven't made up my mind about. Definitely something of a concern though.
