(2) Thanks to a PIF, I started out with one and a half. First shaves were with a Canadian Fat Handle Tech (1938-45 with triangular slots). I was also given a newer Merkur head. Last Saturday I received the handle for the Merkur, so I now have a complete 33C as well as the Tech. Both shave wonderfully, but so far I'm leaning towards the Merkur with a Gillette Silver Blue. I am sure more razors will follow. I'll probably look back at this post years from now and LMAO. But as you all know, we all have to start somewhere and I feel like I'm off to a very good start in the world of wet shaving. I'm getting the best shaves of my life and I'm still using these with canned goo. I can't wait to see how the shaves improve once I get a brush and some real shaving soap!

About 19 is the current tally. Usually 4-5 in rotation. One delegated to travel kit. A couple on loan as recruiting tools.

I have seven razors that I actually rotate through using at home. However I'm looking to add a new slant for #8 sometime soon.

I also have one in my travel bag and one in my desk at work.

Do I get a reward for self-restraint, or points deducted for boring?

Welcome brother. Even minimalist are part of the brotherhood. Elitism is not tolerated here.

But I don't think you're gonna get anything special, not even too many funny looks.
