little nalgene bottles. i use HDPE ones about the only advantage to LDPE is they squeeze better. i use the narrow-mouth because they all share the same size lid so I don't have to worry about a spare in each size, just 1 spare for all of them.

I use 1/4, 1/2 and 1 oz sizes for ink. I screw the caps on tight and give a wrap of some gaffer's tape around the lid & body to give me a little extra piece of mind. I always have a bottle in my laptop bag and after a decade-plus of travelling and hundreds and hundreds of flights, I've never had a leak.
If I'm putting ink in checked luggage, it'll go into the nalgene, gaffered, in a freezer bag and then in another bag, wrapped in socks and stuffed into a shoe.
