Picked this razor up from France recently and was just after confirmation (or otherwise) of its id. Theres no serial number so my guess is a 1920's old type, its silver plated and interestingly came with a shim, stamped with a makers name, D. Petard. Usual made in usa and gillette logo on the head plus a letter G. The shim is well crafted and not just a bent piece of metal, never come across anything like it before.
