Fridays are Fishtastic!
Owen,

It behooves me to save you from yourself. You are headed down the long dark 51 road. So many models... So many colors... So many options... So much searching... So many antique stores...

Save yourself all this future aggravation. Send me that diabolical 51. I'll happily take this burden on for you.

Sincerely,

Bob
Luckily, by budget stops me from getting too carried away.

I have found that Diamine inks work well in my 51s. No hassles, no problems, no starting issues, no bleeding on the papers we use, and fast drying.

occasionally I'll load some Quink for old times sake.

Got the pen back from Danny Fudge today!

Overall look is better...I was hoping the cap could have been brought back to it's original luster, but I have to believe there's fine balance between restored and ruined ;)

The pen writes smoothly and is a joy to own...off to find another ;)
