Melinda's habanero ketchup. My verdict- I think they forgot the habaneros.
That sucks. Try mix it with a little of something else to give it a kick. I would test on the plate for mixing.

It is disappointing. I wasn't expecting it to be as hot as my habanero sauce, but I did expect it to be hotter than Heinz. That sucks. Try mix it with a little of something else to give it a kick. I would test on the plate for mixing.
You are clairvoyant. I was thinking the same thing. Now which one? I was hoping for a little bit of Owens Sriracha. I think it will be.....
.....New Zealand Green.
Photos or it did not happen............It will be on eggs in the morning for QC.
^^^YHLMV...that's clever. I need to watch out for you.
Speaking of YHLMV, where would you put my habanero sauce?

I would rate the Big O at a heat level of 6...which is were I like it Owen.
I find that disappointing too. Put one or two drops of El Chupracabra on top and mix in. That should do it....

That is about where I put it, but I wasn't sure if my heat level index was a bit wimpier than some
We'll help you change that....
Medium or about a 6 for me, similar to the Ring of Fire. Maybe I have grown use to having some of the xtra hot sauces and my tolerance has increased.............or I just don't know what I'm talking about. One of those LOL.
I struggle with rating something as 10+++ as you see with some hot sauces. So I put the natural super hots like Fire Dragons Dragon Furry and el chupacabra at 9 to 10 with anything above that i.e. using extracts can just be labeled spupidly hot. yeah YHLMV.
hmmm. Owen needs to open a new hot sauce with a bit more heat..............any recomendations.
Um...we need a list...I'm old now and don't remember what we sent him. Owen??
