Any Ginger Ale fans?

Yeah Ginger Ale is one of my favourites. I like to make it too......it's great in the summer for a BBQ. Very refreshing. I found a very simple recipe using dried ginger , yeast , sugar and water. Couldn't be easier....better use strong bottles though as it builds up some pressure of CO2

Pimms. Ginger Ale. Lotsa mint. a few slices cucumber and orange. Lotsa ice. Super classic, uber refreshing summer's drink.

Of course, it's the middle of winter in Australia.

I like making my own ginger beer. I usually add extra ginger juice for an extra kick. I enjoy Dark and Stormy's using Goslings Rum.
