Pick a soap

So I've seen many threads about what's the best soap etc. and they eventually always dove tail into a discussion about price vs performance. e.g. "Ya soap XYZ is great but Arko is close enough for how cheap it is."

So my question is. If all soap was equal in cost. Or if someone agreed to buy you your soap for the rest of your life. What would your one pick be? Tell be both make and scent.

Tabac or Stirling. I can't just pick one.

Mystic Water...any scent

Im very happy with my C&E Nomad.

AOS Sandalwood with tallow

La Toja (for a veggie selection)

If you're buying, I'll take MdC (original formula), and I will load it like I hate it.

VDH Luxury. I know I know, but it smells nice and performs well for me.

Tabac.

Haslinger Schafmilch.

I can't make up my mind so it's Tabac, Proraso Green, and Proraso White.

Right now MdC, especially if someone else is buying. The only other soaps I've used so far that have even come close in performance are Arko and Tabac (which I also love). Now I have recently tried the Stirling Glacial which was amazing for slickness and protection, just not for the feel of the lather. I won a PIF of more Stirling so we'll see if those one do better. If they do I may need to add those in to the list.

Still MdC as of right now though, original scent. Just flipping AWESOME in every way.

+1. I could maybe narrow it down to Tabac or Stirling Ben Franklin. Or Glacial. Or Electric Sheep. Oh, never mind...

TOBS would have to make a "Mr. Taylor's" scented hard soap. That would be heaven for me.

I've got a top 5-7 that are pretty close to tied, but i guess if it were just one, Probably MdC fougere

RazoRock XX or XXX (new formula). Top shelf scent and top shelf performance.

Here's one that no one else will probably mention, Napa Soap Company - Honey Jar. It's my very favorite!

No question in my mind it would be Razorock's XXX-t.

I could shave with Tabac every day for the rest of my life.
