Endymion is growing on me. It started as a bit too much "Romantic Evening" for my taste but I can now appreciate the vetiver, pepper and leather in it. All these notes are favourites of mine.

I tried Floris Santal a while back and thought they smelled the same . . . now I can see that Endymion is quite different.

As far as my cheeks and under my nose, very well.

The razor has had some minor issues with rusting pretty much out of ignorance on my part in not realizing it was not stainless steel but there does not appear to be any problems with the blade edge.

I picked up a basic Tony Miller strop and I'm getting a bit more comfortable using it in the morning but I'm nowhere near perfect or fast.

I tried to shave the side of my neck and that went well, but I really need to do some research before I try a neck pass. Hand positioning on my right side is great since I'm a righty, but the left side is frustrating since I never use that hand for anything and it seems to block my field of view worse than on the right.

No regrets or anything, but I'm full into climbing the steep learning curve.
