I love Ethiopian Sidamo. Great bean for homeroasting, forgiving, and when you hit the sweet spot it's really wonderful.

    Hey fellas,
if you want to try something different I would also highly recommend the CafeZinho from Brazil. I have purchased two out of only ten bags produced by this farm and I'm on the last bag! This one is really unique, with a super full body...almost syrupy.
I hope to be checking in here more often, I miss you guys.
    Take care,
    DJ.
