Default My Small Collection / Some Help

    Good Afternoon Gents,
I just realized that one year ago, I had never shaved with a DE razor. Now, I have 5. They are an SS (Grandfather's), a Slim, a Fatboy, an English Travel Gillette and my most recent addition; an EJ Chatsworth Bone. In addition, I have a GEM that was also my Grandfather's. I included a pic of it to see if someone can identify. It came in the silver case and says pat 1912 on it. I have not shaved with it, but it is great for trimming my mustache. I also have the Kingsway straight that was my Grandfather's. Sorry for the bad pictures, I am not a photographer.

Sorry guys, no pics uploaded. Gotta get some help from my better half here. I'll try later.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely, in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather, skidding in sideways, bourbon in one hand, cigar in the other, body used up, totally worn out, screaming -- WooHoo! What a Ride!

    Very nice.
How do you like the EJ brush? I've been thinking about one, but have concerns it may be too floppy, and I use soaps.

It is a little floppy with soaps, but I like it because once you have a lather built, it puts a nice layer of lather on the face. I have a travel brush in a tube that is better with soap, but almost too stiff for me with cream.
