I created an uber lather, to add some slickness to my Easter shave. It was a nice relaxed shave that ended with a DFS+ shave. A great start to a great day with family.

No uberlather today - just straight DRH. I do think the uberlather helped with the slickness. I am going to try it again tomorrow to see.

The doughnut shaped soap started spinning in the wood bowl. It made it a bit difficult to lather. I will try again tomorrow, and if it happens again, I will probably grate it into the wood bowl. This will allow me to lather on a flat surface again.

I did a super lather today, with the KMF, to try to get a bit of slickness. I may add just a little squirt for each shave from here on out. It just seems to help a touch.
I'm still 3017'ing my puck of Arlington. It probably has 50-60 shaves on it so far. I'd guess I'm at the halfway point, maybe slightly past.
On the weekend I tried to cheat with a sample of Mike's orange/pepper/cedar. It felt...weird. Getting back to Arlington was a relief and I'll miss it when it's done.
