It's a pre-molded stem with I did some refinements to both internal and external.

Yeah, the photos don't do it justice, the holes are at many different angles and can't really be seen as they are from any one angle.
That's one tuff bulldog, BB.. it even has a goatee and sideburns! Super cool, man.

I have been browsing this thread lately and others on making your own pipe as I have been contemplating doing a freehand one myself... all I can say is that you are a talented individual and I can only aspire to turn out something a quarter as good as the ones you have displayed here...
