I have some of it, however I've never used a styptic pencil so I have nothing to compare it to at this point

It work ok. stops the bleeding. If you've ever use that liquid band-aid stuff thats about $15 for 1ml its about like that...or putting superglue on a cut. The face feels really tight where you put it on for a while afterward until you loosen it up.

There was once I put it on and it turned to a white crust shortly after. It only happened that one time, but I always make sure I'm going to be leaving the house right after I use it just incase it happens again. I don't want to be walking around like that

i have it, i found something interesting,
at first its nice and usable, and its ok,
but a bit aged, the gel turns a bit harder, and it works somewhat better on localized spots,

i saw this stuff. So is it just a combination of the stuff in a styptic pencil and aftershave balm?

its sticky, like if post-it notes made super glue. if that makes sense
