I just noticed that my exception, B&B Essential brushes, was already covered in the group exceptions.

Do nib/writing related purchases count against you? I just noticed that it's called the Shave Purchase Sabbatical.

Also, regarding B&B branded items, what if a B&B LE Le Grelot straight appears on the BST? Would that purchase be covered under the group exception?

I can answer your question...

XXX Alcohol based aftershave splash releasing in mid to late Jan; collaboration with an amazing artisan aftershave maker.

I'm actually a huge fan of alcohol splashes and I always use one after the rinse and pat down; I do usually finish with a balm or moisturizer before I head out, but I wouldn't be without the alcohol splash... it makes the shave luxurious, in my opinion.

I'm in. The only possible exception is in the unlikely event I decide to make and sell shaving cream. I was toying with the idea a few years ago, but chickened out. Here is a link to the original thread. I wouldn't be buying finished shaving related products, just ingredients and packaging.

I'm in. My exception will be determined this coming week. I have a straight out to get setup and honed as well as 3 brushes to be reknotted and refinished. If I can't get them paid for in the next week, one of them will be my exception. If so, I may not take one. Not sure yet.

I usually agree with no exceptions on a restraint, but coming off of the previous full year, I find myself wanting one new razor after having gotten into the shavettes, so I'm taking that as an exception, if one appears on the BST for a price in my range.
