Why Dip Pens Rule, and Why Flex Amount Doesn't Matter

I'm still feeling a lot of love for my dip pen - I have a Gillott 303 that creates fantastic hairlines.
James, and anyone else regularly 'dipping', can I ask how you go about dipping your oblique pens?

I have just the one bottle of dip pen ink (I presume it's not a good idea to use FP ink?) and the neck of the bottle isn't wide enough to get the bend of the holder in to. Having used the top 1/3 of the bottle, I'm now tipping it to get ink to reach the nib. Surely there's a better way?

On a side note, another added benefit for me at least, is that you don't half burn through ink with thick, flexy lines - refreshing when you're constantly checking if it's time to refill your pens yet, if it's time to go shopping for some some new ink yet...

I decant my ink into a glass container big enough to allow me to dip to it,... a small vial tube also used to work for me as I could fill it right to the top and only dip the nib so the oblique holder wasnt getting in the way.
