What's new

My old 45

Not sure. .. Brian or Doug I bet would know, there is some stuff going on in the team area, but ill make sure if no one else has an answer for you one of the big guys gets a proper reponse for you at some point for you today

I'm a bit confused as the Parker 45 was a cartridge/converter pen and never a lever /sac fill. converters can be found lots of places heres one

As Brain said the Parker 45 was either a cartridge or convertor.

To the best of my knowledge you can not convert a lever filler into a convertor type pen. If the sac is perished in your pen you can either repair yourself or send to someone for repairs. Indy Pen Dance, does great repair work plus nib work too.

Here she is, it has the squeeze bar filler mechanism, just does not seem to be able to fill very much.

The older aerometric converters don't hold much ink, but enough for several days writing. It could have dried ink in it, but it's easy to grab a new twist converter and plug it in.
