So, some results for the OP after a few flights:
Reform fits in the A2CU pocket and writes well enough; I like it so well that I am going to get another. I also have a vintage Sheaffer that's slim that I carry now and is cheap enough that I am not afraid to lose it. These two are deploying with me. Understand that my aircraft flies pressurized so things would have to go wrong for me to worry about that (if so, I am more worried about those things than a bit of ink!).
Lamy Safari does not fit, Pilot Metro and Platinum Plaisir do not. Pilot Metro goes in my mission book with a mechanical pencil and a Pilot G2.
Hero 616s fit but they spit up even if you grease them well and I would never put one in a pocket, ever ever.
