    Default Stupid People

Yesterday I was shopping at Mejiers and as I was parking I noticed a woman finish putting groceries in her trunk and push her shopping cart across the lane(parking lot lane, whatever you call them) and leave it in a handicap spot. This is bad on it's own but she was parked up against the cart corral. She actually had to step within six inches of it to get into her car. It was madness. And before you ask, yes I did go get the cart out of the handicap spot.

You know in some states if you ran her down you wouldn't have been convicted. This is what is called a DSAF killing(Doing society a Favor).

Don't ya just feel like choking the sh*t of someone like that?

You get A+ for restraint and extra points for putting the cart away.

The world wouldn't be so entertaining without these folks! George Carlin says it nicely in regards to some folks: "Here's another pack of jackoffs that should be locked up in portable toilets and set on fire!"

    I feel your pain man.

Today is one of those days where people are just getting to me. It's Michigan. In February. It has been raining all night, and now it is frozen and covered in slush.

Didn't stop a woman from cutting me off on the highway and promptly slamming her breaks. No blinker. No warning. No apparent reason for it other than to raise my blood pressure.

    But alas...B&B to the rescue!

In Miami you don't need crummy weather for stupid people on the roads...like yesterday, a guy was going around 10mph in a 45mph because he felt like slowly driving next to a couple of stores and window shop from his car...

People are totally rude nowadays.. no consideration for anyone. For example,
yesterday I was in line at the local supermarket express lane (15 items). I had 2 items (beer and envelopes). There was a woman infront of me who clearly had 25+ items in her basket. I politely said to her, "mam the line says 15 items or less" to which she replied "Excuse me?!? I have ABOUT 15 items. So mind your own business you jack*ss." I looked around for help, the Checkout person didn't seem to care.. even when I asked the guy behind me "can you believe this??" he just shrugged his shoulders. I understand that you are in a hurry, but can people have consideration about following store rules? I mean i'm not trying to be anal, but I always check to see if I have more items than 15. Even if I have one more over the limit I always go to the slow line.

Goes to show you.. that consdiration and common sense have long since left America. God bless the gentleman who took the higher route with moving the cart from Handicapped parking space.

Yes, we are the few in a sea of of uncaring people. Only thing that keeps me sane is the hope that they have to deal with their own kind more than we do.

Of course, there are other consequences of a DUI, but these are the fines. You can add $180 for court cost to them all.

Can't you avoid that if you don't contest it?

No, they need all the money they can get. Sometimes the judge will wave the fee if you do go and contest... for special people anyway.

At least yours is open. At my super market they rather not open it because the cashiers are lazy...

Reminds me of the time I bought a half gallon of vanilla ice cream and a jar of Pace hot sauce ( salsa for you non Texan's).

The kid who checked me out said "hot sauce and ice cream??".

I said, "What? You've never tried them together??"

I still wonder if he tried it.

Not returning your shopping cart to the corral is a major pet peeve of mine. If you put your goods and your car and leave your cart in the empty space next to you and I am in sight, you will feel thy wrath!...
