Old Fogies Club: What was your workout today?

4 Sets: 25 pushups, 10 pullups, 17 squats w/ 2 x 40 lbs dumbells. Then a fast 20 minutes on the elliptical. Playing 9 holes tonite. It's a good day!

Took yesterday off.

Twenty miles on the bike today. Heavy hills... (They used to be steep hills I charged up and charged down. Now, they just feel heavy...) :blush:
