25 minutes Recumbent Bike followed by 20 minutes treadmill. Finished off with 15 minutes sauna.
TODAYS WORKOUT
Hammer Military Press x3, Dumbbell Press (pinky up) x3 Hammer lateral raise x 3, Reverse Pec Deck Flyes x3 (weight added progressively for each set).
Leg extension x3, standing leg curls x3, hack squats x3, Adductor machine x3 then Abductor Machine x 3, donkey calf raises x3. (weight added progressively for each set).
17.8 miles on the road bike under the crescent. Not letting Eastern Standard Time get in the way of an after work ride. Only wish the trails were ready to go. One more week?
