Stupid snatch, got 62kgs last week with no problems. Couldn't even get 60 this week.

32 minutes on the elliptical this morning, 18 holes this afternoon.

Saturday morning weigh in shows a loss of 2.5 pounds. 6 pounds total after two weeks.
