"Can't Raise an Eyebrow"
Yesterday, 14.7 mile bike ride. It was windy and I was tired to start out with. Burned 850 calories. Caloric replacement with beer (while in hot tub) and scotch later with dinner.

Today, feeling better. Rode 15.5 miles a bit faster pace. Burned 974 calories, refueled with skim milk + one banana+ a few spoonfuls of honey blended in the Nutribullet. Then a tin of sardines (not in the Nutribullet).

Felt like crap all day and my left knee was quite stiff and sore since Sunday. All around a blech kind of day

"A Boy Named Sue"
Yesterday...bike ride for 3 miles in morning...3 mile bike ride in the late afternoon.

I stay a bit overweight because it wouldn't be fair to all the skinny people if I were this attractive, intelligent, funny and thin.

It's a public service really.
