Yesterday, 14.7 mile bike ride. It was windy and I was tired to start out with. Burned 850 calories. Caloric replacement with beer (while in hot tub) and scotch later with dinner.
Today, feeling better. Rode 15.5 miles a bit faster pace. Burned 974 calories, refueled with skim milk + one banana+ a few spoonfuls of honey blended in the Nutribullet. Then a tin of sardines (not in the Nutribullet).
