I noticed that too; it does, but is not. They are delicately symetrical.

See your last pic Doc? The far scale appears to be further out, which is normal perspective.

Same illusion happened with the razor I used/posted this morning. Weird.
Must be the camera lens--wide angle, fairly close to the razor?
