Another vote for Tetris. Second is Super Mario Brothers on NES (except for the resulting blisters on the hands from the rectangular controller. My brother called it "Nintendinitis"). I don't play video games anymore but I really enjoyed Pitfall 3D on the first PlayStation. It's the only video game I ever beat.

I played Elite and FGTH on my Sinclair Spectrum...on the 16K or 48K version..I ended up owning both
