Synthetic 23mm knot from TGN in my father's Surrey (VDH) handle, loaded with:
Irisch Moos stick, then bowl lathered
BIC Chrome Platine blade, 2nd shave in:
Slim Adjustable, set at 3.
A generous splash of Target Witch Hazel to finish up.

It's warm and humid enough here that I skipped an ASB, and the Irisch Moos left my skin feeling just fine
