This Nanny's Ice & a Slice soap is so cold that it almost leaves your skin numb both during and after a shave. It smells very nice also and gives great lather. It's made in the UK by an artisan soap maker. This no-name boar brush seems to be pretty good - it's been in my house for about three years and I had forgotten about it. A very, very enjoyable shave.
