Sample blades . . .

Just got the expanded sample blade pack from west coast shaving. I saw on their website a suggested order to try the blades.

My question is when do you change to a different blade? When the pack you are currently testing is empty or do you go to a different blade after trying one of the package?

Leisureguy has some good tips in his book, or in his post on gourmet shaving. You can find it here.

Basically he recommends to stick with a blade for a week. Rotate through your blades (on a weekly basis) until you find your best blade. Use your best blade as a reference against all future blades.
