Found the razor at an antique store and it was dirty and black with tarnish. Basically, I had no idea what I was getting.

Soaked it overnight is a solution of Simple Green and hydrogen peroxide and then spent a considerable amount of time scrubbing and polishing with Maas and Howards Metal cleaner. Worth it, though. It looks nearly new.
