Osmiroid 65 repair tips?

Scored an Osmiroid 65 pen with a B4 broad nib. The section removed easily from the pen body, but the ink sac has torn away and remnants are adhered to the inside of the body. There is no ink to speak of in the sac, as a Q-tip passed into the remnants emerged essentially clean. What is the best way to remove the remnants, since there is no dried ink involved and where can I get a new sac, and how to determine which one I would need?

Do a soak. I use small bamboo skewers to pick at stuck rubber bits. Never use WD-40, it contains chemicals that don't play nicely with vintage pen materials.

I think it's a #16 sac you'll need.

edit: After looking at that other big pen site, members recommended #18 or #16

Thanks, got the sac out without too much difficulty with a water soak and a bamboo skewer. Now I just need to order a replacement sac and some shellac. Is there a special type of shellac used, or is it something I can get from the hardware store?

I bought a small tool kit (Twicks kit) and sac shellac at RichardsPens.com

No affiliation, etc. but their stuff works.
