I lurked through the skin and body care reviews about a week ago and thought other ladies and gents might find this summary useful.

In order from highest to lowest approval rating:

• 93% approval by 7 members
  Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser
• 88% approval by 9 members
  Nancy Boy Soap--signature scent
• 87% approval by 4 members
  Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps - Liquid
• 84% approval by 5 members
  Men-U Facial Wash
• 82% approval by 5 members
  Baxter's Bergamot-Pear Invigorating Body Wash
• 80% approval by 5 members
  Pears Soap

This is probably only good for a limited time (as I do not plan to maintain the summary). It does not include all reviewed products. I dropped off products that fell below an arbitrarily chosen lower limit threshold number of commenters and approval rating.

I think you'd have a hard time finding anyone saying anything bad about Cetaphil (besides the price, but that's what 'store' brands are for).

It'll be around forever (like Noxema) because it just does what it claims to do (gently clean) without any BS.
