They are banned here at B&B.
They have re-registered multiple times, each time trying to shill their business and claiming to be customers of themselves who had very good results (Surprise!).
They have sold priceless heirlooms passed down from Father to Son sent to them by members to other people by accident.
They have plated and sent back the wrong razors.
They have a history of lack of attention to detail and an extremely long lead time.
They don't do the plating in house, they send the razors out to have them plated and then ship them back, so their prices are high.
They have responded to members inquiries with nasty e-mails, and with no response at all.

thank you Phil, that clears that up. I will absolutely NOT be sending my razor to them. I think reliable electroplating is a much better option, and cheaper too lol. Glad I asked.
I knew they were bad, but not that bad. Dang. I only did business with them once. I had a discount code and bought an Aluminum Handled Tech. It was my first DE and I got it pretty cheap.
Other noteworthy mentions: members Krona Kruiser and Onotoman replate. Also restoredrazors.com good luck. My razor revamp took 3 months when I sent it to RE. A wee bit of a long wait, in my book.
I haven't used any re-platers apart from Onotoman (Restored Razors). I sent him a TV rocket that looked almost beyond hope but he did a truly fantastic job in plating the head in Rhodium - it looks better than new!
I have done business with Razor Emporium, and I must tell you the result leaves a bit to be desired. Also they require payment up front, and if they lose your razors they simply tell you that it was separated from the original order, then claim they sent it to you! Be wary of Razor Emporium they can't be trusted with your property, and they don't take responsibility for the loss of your property, because they have already been paid! Simply stated "too bad sucker"!
