Grand Mosque, Abu Dhabi. Hard to take a bad photo there! Its stunning and even better at night.

a cargo train. that easment is in a very dark sky area, and there was enough high DSOs to make the trip worthwhile. the train was a bonus, but i was a bit late getting the camera set up

Part of living in Florida is exposure to the old architecture. St Augustine is the oldest permanent city in the US. it has several fine churches.
I took this one in the fog this morning:
last night, about 1 am, with nearly full moon, along the Dalton above arctic circle in Alaska, about -8deg F...
