If you only had one soap?

I am new to shaving with a brush, but am enjoying it so far. I have only used cream and am thinking about trying soap. I have been digging through the past threads and decided I would ask....

If you could only have one soap (brand & scent)...which one would you chose?

I know this might be a hard question for those with AD : )

Harris Lavender. Close call between it and Tabac.

I could get by with just about any soap as long as I could have a plethora of creams!

if Floris made Santal in a soap, that would definitely be it, but since they don't.....

of the soaps I have, I'd have to pick DR Harris Arlington. it's the one I reach for the most often.

MWF (or Lothantique, can't decide)

Very difficult question to ask, but I think if I only had one soap ever, it would be Crabtree & Evelyn Sienna. Followed closely by Penhaligon's English Fern. I like the scent of Sienna just a touch more.

I've tried all listed above except for Joel's and I would have to say:

Tabac.

I've only used 4, but C&E Sienna stands out as the best--best lather & best shave (versus C&E Sweet Almond, L'Occitane Cade, and TOBS Lavender).

MWF I guess...it wouldn't clash with any fragrances. I am just glad this proposal was strictly make believe.

My response will probably change in a month, but right now I'm addicted to the tallow version of Penhaligon's English Fern.
