Received this, need help!

Hello all! I just received my first straight from my father for my 21st birthday. I don't have a lot of tools around, so I would like to have this sent off to be restored/honed. Can anybody point me in the right direction or give me an estimate on the cost? Thank you!

I figure there are a bunch here. If anyone can give me any additional info, or where to look, that would be greatly appreciated as well!
